Gymnastics Team Excel to Elite is proud to sponsor a competitive Gymnastics Team. Our Team is truely unique, we focus on young, beginning athletes. Our goal is to provide our Team Girls a solid gymnastics foundation to help them proceed to upper levels. Program Highlights We only work with Level 3, 4 and 5 Low athlete to coach ratio (no more than 7 to 1) Dance is included is the program (at least 1 hour per week) Ages range from 5 to 10 5-12 hours per week (depending on level) We currently have spots available at levels 3, 4 and 5.
